Your official tour guide will meet you where you prefer in Arles. We recommend to meet in front of the tourist office.

This walking tour includes the visit of the historic center of Arles. It does not include the entrance ticket inside the roman monuments.

You will explore various site linked to Van Gogh : the gardins, the ancient hospital, the café Van Gogh.

Throughout the tour you will encounter reproductions and references to many of his most famous paintings.

A leisurely walk along the Rhône River will take you to the exact spots that inspired some of his nighttime scenes and you will also see the area where Van Gogh lived and where his bedroom was located during his time in Arles.

The tour continues with a visit to the city hall and the magnificent church Saint-Trophime. The church is a Romanesque masterpiece with its richly sculpted portal and serene cloister.
